I am a Product Designer with over 13 years of experience specializing in crafting scalable digital products that simplify complex problems. Throughout my career at industry-leading companies like Microsoft, Expedia, and Paytm, I have focused on grounding design solutions in deep user research and building robust, scalable UX foundations.

Currently, as a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft, I focus on the intersection of AI and user experience. My work centers on Copilot and shaping the quality of AI-generated experiences across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, making AI more intuitive, useful, and reliable for millions of users worldwide. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading cross-platform initiatives, driving adoption for collaborative tools like Microsoft Loop, and cultivating vibrant internal design communities.

My approach combines rigorous task analysis and user journey mapping with interactive prototyping to bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and seamless user experiences.

I hold an M.Des from IIT Guwahati and a B.Des from NIFT Mumbai. When I'm not designing, I enjoy mentoring peers and fostering strategic alignment across cross-functional teams.
