01. File Open Experience
Making file opening feel instant, predictable, and human.
Users were encountering cluttered messages, disruptive loading states, and inconsistent experiences across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I led the design of a unified loading and messaging framework that simplified communication, reduced visual noise, and established a shared UX system across Microsoft's mobile productivity suite. The work aligned multiple product teams, influenced platform-wide standards, and laid the foundation for future experiences at scale.

02. Microsoft Loop
Led design and feature development for Microsoft Loop Tables, the core collaborative data surface within Loop. I drove usability improvements, expanded data capabilities, introduced new features such as Date columns and visual date pills, and shaped rollout and adoption strategies. The work made Loop Tables more powerful and intuitive for structured collaboration, helping teams create, organize, and act on data more effectively.
